Full Blood Count

A full blood count test reveals vital information about your red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Haemoglobin levels show your oxygen-carrying capacity, while white blood cell count helps spot infections or immune system issues, and platelets ensure your blood clots effectively.

Heart health

This test helps unveil potential risks for heart disease, giving you the power to make heart-smart choices. It’s your heart’s personal wellness check.

Kidney health

This test offers insight into kidney function; it scrutinises creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and electrolyte levels, ensuring your body’s balance is in check. This test helps detect early signs of kidney issues, allowing for timely intervention.

Liver Health

This test unveils potential liver challenges by examining enzymes like ALT and AST in order to gauge liver function. Bilirubin levels give insight into how well your liver processes waste. Albumin and total protein levels ensure your liver is producing essential proteins.

Diabetes Health

A Diabetes Health Blood Test measures glucose levels, indicating how well your body manages this vital energy source. Hemoglobin A1c gives a three-month snapshot of blood sugar control. This test empowers you to monitor and manage diabetes, making informed lifestyle choices.

Urinalysis examines your urine for clues about kidney function, hydration levels, and signs of potential issues like infections or kidney stones. It checks for substances like protein, glucose, and blood cells, offering valuable insights into your overall health.

Bone Health

A Bone Health Blood Test aims to examine your skeletal strength. This test looks at markers like calcium and phosphorus, which are essential for strong bones and teeth. Vitamin D levels play a key role in bone health, while alkaline phosphatase gives insight into bone formation.

Iron Status

This test zeroes in on crucial iron levels, ensuring you have enough for healthy red blood cells. Ferritin levels reveal your iron storage capacity, while transferrin shows how iron is transported in your bloodstream. This test empowers you to maintain optimal energy levels and prevent anaemia.

Thyroid health

A Thyroid Health Blood Test is like a compass for your body’s metabolism. It measures levels of thyroid hormones T3, T4, and TSH, essential for regulating energy and growth. This test helps identify if your thyroid is overactive (hyperthyroidism) or underactive (hypothyroidism).

Tumour Markers

This test searches for specific substances in your blood that may indicate the presence of tumours. While not definitive for diagnosis, it provides valuable clues for further investigation. This test acts like an early warning system, offering a proactive stance against potential health challenges.

Nutritional Health

This specialised assessment offers a detailed overview of your body’s vital nutrients, providing valuable insights into your overall well-being. It examines key markers related to essential vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, helping you maintain optimal health and vitality.

Muscle and Joint Health

This test measures uric acid levels in the bloodstream, offering insights into conditions like gout and kidney disease, which can impact muscle and joint function. This test is invaluable for identifying potential issues early and guiding treatment plans for optimal mobility and comfort.

Infection and inflammation

The C-reactive protein (CRP) Infection Blood Test is a crucial diagnostic tool for detecting inflammation in the body, often as a response to infections. Elevated levels of CRP indicate a heightened immune response, aiding healthcare professionals in identifying and monitoring infectious conditions.

Metabolic Syndrome

By assessing levels of Leptin, Adiponectin, and Resistin, this test helps identify potential imbalances that may contribute to metabolic syndrome, a cluster of conditions increasing the risk of heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes.

Allergy Evaluation

This is a specialised assessment that provides precise insights into your body’s immune response to allergens. By detecting specific immunoglobulin reactions, this test helps identify and pinpoint allergic triggers. It’s a powerful tool for crafting targeted strategies to manage allergies and enhance overall well-being.

Digestive Health

Comprehensive evaluation focusing on key markers like H. pylori, anti-tissue transglutaminase, and antibodies. This specialised assessment offers detailed insights into your digestive system’s well-being, including potential issues like gastrointestinal infections and autoimmune disorders.

Pancreatic Health

Blood assessment focusing on crucial markers – pancreatic amylase and lipase. These enzymes play a vital role in digestion and are key indicators of pancreatic function. This test offers precise insights into the health of your pancreas, helping to identify potential issues early on.

Male Hormone Health

Examining critical markers such as testosterone levels, sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), and Free Androgen Index (FAI). These markers provide essential insights into male hormonal balance and overall reproductive health, acting as a powerful tool for optimising male reproductive function and overall vitality.

Female Hormone Health

This assessment is designed to evaluate crucial markers, including progesterone, luteinising hormone (LH), and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). These hormones play a pivotal role in a woman’s reproductive health and overall well-being. By analysing these specific markers, the test provides valuable insights into hormonal balance, menstrual cycle regulation, and fertility.
